A hands-on brand strategy consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in design, marketing and advertising, Shayne has launched eight major pharmaceutical products and built seven teams in corporate, agency and consulting environments on both U.S. coasts. She emphasizes the value of integrating account management, creative and project coordination. Currently, Shayne also volunteers as an account director for The Taproot Foundation, a Boston-based non-profit similar to Ad Council but with a focus on community outreach and service.

She spent nearly eight years working for or consulting with Millennium Pharmaceuticals where Shayne founded an internal creative services department, handling at least 50 print, web, multimedia, and video projects simultaneously, and replacing two outside agencies. Shayne’s agency affiliations have included Saatchi & Saatchi Healthcare, Fenix Design, VoxMedica, and Feinstein Kean Healthcare (Ogilvy PR Worldwide).

Shayne holds a Master of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and completed Harvard Business School’s prestigious executive program in marketing and design management.
